Madison did an excellent job. He fully informed me about the condition of my unit. He was really good about letting me know when he would arrive (that kind of communication is important). He didn't have the proper filter available which is apparently a head office issue. It seems to me, the company should keep an adequate inventory of filters for the service people.

No complaints.

Westisle has been maintaining our heat pump for several years now. The always remind me when the service is due, the technician shows up on time and tells me what he's done. The current technician, Keegan has done our service for the last 3 years. He is really good and pleasant to boot.
